Kapital Bank has conducted the staff activity planning and performance evaluation at some of its local units June 4-6, 2011. The meeting was held in the meeting hall of Ramada hotel, in Ganja.
The process involved 365 employees at Kapital Bank`s branches in Kapaz, Goygol, Naftalan, Goranboy, Dashkasan, Samukh, Ganja, Shamkir, Tovuz, Gadabay, Balakan, Zagatala, Shaki, Gakh, Oghuz, Gazakh, Aghstafa, Aghjabadi, Lachın, Goychay, Kurdamir, Yevlakh, Mingachevir, Aghdam, Barda, Tartar, Zardab, Ujar and Aghdash.
The move is aimed at defining the level of the staff`s knowledge and skills, contributing to guiding career development, increasing staff performance effectiveness and expanding career development opportunities in the Bank.
