Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov expressed readiness to provide assistance with extension of $106.7 million loan from the Eurasian Economic Community Anti-Crisis Fund at the meeting with acting Prime Minister Omurbek Babanov on the sidelines of the meeting of the council of heads of the CIS governments and EurAsEC Interstate Council in St. Petersburg, CA-News reported.
Omurbek Babanov expressed gratitude for support and noted dynamically development commercial and economic relations between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz government's press service said on Wednesday.
Babanov also said the recent visit of Karim Masimov to Kyrgyzstan boosted the bilateral ties, since the countries reached agreement on additional power supplies, natural gas imports and creation of the Kyrgyz-Kazakh investment fund.
