Uzbekistan plans to begin constructing the lead production plant worth $ 60 million in the first half of 2012, a source in the governmental circles of the republic told Trend today.
The construction will be implemented by the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine (Almalyk city, Tashkent region) on the basis of the existing polymetallic mining and processing complex.
