The Azeryolservis company under the Azerbaijani Ministry of Transport announces a poll of interests for technical control consultancy services to expand the site over 45-91 kilometres of the Baku-Shamakhi road to a four lane road, a report said today.
The consultant's task includes the technical control over the construction to improve road safety at a 0-15 kilometre road section.
The consultant will control the construction work and serve as an engineer during the two-year period of the construction operation and during the period of removing the shortages.
The Ministry of Transport invites consulting firms having the right to participate in the tender and to submit proposals no later than 17:00 on July 27 this year.
