As a result of talks between Azerbaijan and Slovenia, held in Baku, the two sides identified specific areas of economic cooperation, said Trend Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Technology of Slovenia Radovan Zerjav.

"We have identified many areas of cooperation, and to be more specific, we are talking about Azerbaijani investments in Slovenia, namely it was a transfer of ownership or other type of operation of the airport, about possible investments in tourism and energy," - said Zerjav .

According to him, the talks were held in Baku on the theme of cooperation in both directions.

It was not only about the Azerbaijani investments in Slovenia, but also the cooperation of Slovenian side in the area of ​​information technology, the minister said.

According to him, the parties discussed the issue of cooperation in the field of information technology, telecommunications, including those related to the construction of railways.

"It was a specific agreement. As for other features, there were many discussions on other possible areas of cooperation where the need to work hard and something to have a lot of work," - said Zerjav.
