Daniyar Mukhtarov - Trend: An asphalt bitumen plant is planned to build in the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan (north-west), akim (Governor) of the Aktobe region Arkhimed Mukhambetov said at a briefing at the Central Communications Service for the President of Kazakhstan on Nov.8.
"In 2015, Aktobemunaygas JSC plans to build an asphalt bitumen plant on the basis of bituminous minerals," the governor said.
According to him, the future plant capacity will amount to 500,000 tons of production per year with the project cost at $65 million.
