The State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources under the government of Kyrgyzstan will hold an auction for granting the license for subsoil use on the graphite mine "Kuylyu" at the site of Arpa-Takyr II, the message of Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) said July 7.
The auction will be held on July 23. Entrepreneurs and circles operating in Azerbaijan are invited to participate in the auction.
The starting bidding price is $47,110.
