The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has announced a new appointment in one of its departments.
Ali Ahmadov has been named the director of CBA's Market Operations Department, CBA told Trend Apr.14.
Earlier, Ahmadov served as deputy director of the mentioned department, said the Central Bank.
The position of the director of the Market Operations Department was vacant after the appointment of Nigar Mammadova as the deputy head of the Board of Directors of the Financial Market Supervisory Body in accordance with the decree of Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev dated March 28, 2016.
