The Territorial Administration of the State Assets Management Agency of Uzbekistan has put up the Versal restaurant located in Shaykhantakhur district of Tashkent for auction, Trend reports with reference to Agency.
The area of the building is 6,585 square meters. The starting price of the lot is 34.6 billion soum ($3.4 million). The sum of deposit makes up five percent of the price - 1.7 billion soum ($167,060).
At this starting price, the restaurant will be put up for sale at 'E-auksion' online platform. The auction will be held on June 15, 2020. Bids will be accepted until June 13.
Previous reports said that two floors of Sato restaurant (Tashkent) will be sold through an online auction at a starting price of 3.5 billion soum ($344,492). The auction will take place on May 18 from 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+5). Applications for participation will be accepted until 01:00 PM on May 16.
Meanwhile, the Toshkent Savdo Markazi complex, formerly known as State Department Store, will be sold at an auction on June 8, 2020. The starting price is 303 billion soum ($29.8 million).
On February 18, 2020, famous Tashkent hotel Chorsu was sold for 16.9 billion soum (nearly $1.8 million) at the auction, to Ittihad International Investment company from the UAE.
