The exports of Iran to Qatar decreased by 1 percent in terms of value in the 1st month of the current Iranian year (March 21 through April 20, 2021), compared to the same month last Iranian year, Trend reports citing the statistics of Trade Promotion Organization of Iran (TPOI).
According to the statistics, Iran exported 56,800 tons of goods worth $8.32 million to Qatar during the reporting month.
While Iran's imports from Qatar in the first month increased by 130 percent compared to the same month last Iranian year. So, Iran imported 16.7 tons of goods worth $712,000 from Qatar within the first month, the statistics said.
"Iran's trade turnover with Qatar amounted to 56,800 tons worth $9.03 million in the first month. The trade turnover increased by 3 percent compared to the same month last Iranian year," the statistics said.
