TEHRAN, Iran, June 6. Iran continues the ban on cosmetics and sanitary imports and the new administration has not made any decision to lift the ban, said an official in the Ministry of Industries, Mine and Trade, Trend reports citing Fars News Agency.
"Importing cosmetics products and sanitary items such as detergents are considered luxury goods and continue to remain banned," the official said.
In 2018, Iran has imposed a ban on import of 1,339 products that had similar models produced domestically.
