Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend , corr. I. Khalilova / BSEX (Baku Stock Exchange) has announced about the completion of the programme on the technical aid, financed by USAID (United States Agency for International Development), Trend reports quoting a message being spread by BSEX.
Within the technical aid, it was for the first time, when trainings on principles, methods, and ways of appraisal of credit ratings of issuers, ratings of financial instruments and regions became possible. The trainings were held among employees of BSEX by an Expert-Consult for Issues Of Managing with Financial Risks of the U. S. Company of ACDI-VOCA, Lesley Shulenta. The particular attention during the training of stock specialists was paid to the study of the international experience on building national rating scales, since the objective of the project, BSEX is being implementing jointly with NBA (National Bank of Azerbaijan) and USAID lies in the preparation for Azerbaijan's first national scale on presenting and monitoring credit rating.
