Azerbaijan, Baku / / Trend / The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) put into commission a bob-tail plant with a capacity of 6.8mln cu m per day, SOCAR reported.
The plant will separate liquid from natural gas which enables gas to be supplied by under water pipeline safely. The plant was established on Gunashli-14 platform.
The bob-tail plant is included in the complex of a new under water gas pipeline of high pressure with a length of 26km. The pipeline laid at 11-123 metres deep is connected to 15 high-flow-rate wells.
