Complex Drilling Operations Trust of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has drilled three high-output wells on the offshore field "Guneshli" in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, SOCAR said today.
The design depth of each of the drilled wells is over 3,800 meters. The wells, drilling of which is conducted on the order Oil and Gas Department "28 May", scheduled to be commissioned before late 2010.
It is estimated that daily output rate of each well will be 40 tons of gas condensate and 250,000 cubic meters of gas
There are 59 oil and gas fields in Azerbaijan.
