Turkmenabat has produced 200,000 tons of fertilizers since January.
More than 90,000 tons of high sulfuric acid were produced from local sulfur during this period, or almost 1.5 times more than during the same period last year.
This enterprise is part of Turkmenchemistry. It aims to meet fertilizer needs and to increase the volume and range of their production for domestic use and for hydrocarbon and other mineral
resource exports.
The products include sulfuric acid, superphosphate, ammonium, azofosfat.
