The experimental ground where Azerbaijan's first hybrid power plant will be located will be commissioned in the coming days in Gobustan, Deputy Chief of the State Agency for Alternative and Renewable Energy Sources Jamil Melikov said.
He said the primary goal is to create grounds to develop alternative and renewable energy sources.
"This envisages addressing both technical and regulatory and methodological issues in this sphere," Melikov said.
