By Huseyn Hasanov– Trend:

More than 130,000 tons of liquefied gas and 100,000 tons of hydrocarbon condensate have been produced since January 2016 in Turkmenistan, the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reported.

Liquefied fuel is mostly exported, and gas condensate is supplied to the Seydi oil refinery, where light oil products, which are in demand on the global market, are obtained from it during the recycling.

Modern industrial units equipped with technology from the US, Canada, Germany and other gas processing facilities located in Naip and Bagaja fields (eastern Turkmenistan), work around the clock.

Earlier, it was reported that Afghanistan, Georgia, Iran, Tajikistan and Pakistan buy the Turkmen liquefied gas.

A number of natural gas fields in Turkmenistan contain sufficient propane-butane, which stipulates the feasibility of the construction of units to produce liquefied petroleum gas.
