Iran conducts discussions related to increase electricity exports to Iraq and Afghanistan, the Executive Director of the Electric Holding Company of Generation, Transmission & Distribution (TAVANIR) Mohammad Hassan Motavallizadeh told ILNA, Trend reports.
The director noted that in addition, technical plans for Iran's electricity exports to Oman are being discussed.
"The discussions are underway on the electricity line will cross the seabed and electricity will be exported or exchanged," he added.
According to Motavallizadeh, Iran has established relations on electricity exchange with all countries, that have land borders.
