Azerbaijan exported over 14.9 billion cubic meters of gas from January through September 2021, Trend reports citing the statistical report of the State Customs Committee.
In monetary terms, the country’s gas exports totaled over $2.95 billion, the reports said.
According to the report, the share of gas in total exports of Azerbaijan in the first nine months of this year amounted to 20.17 percent.
In 2020, Azerbaijan exported more than 12.4 billion cubic meters of natural gas, which is 0.8 percent less compared to 2019. In value terms, the export of natural gas last year amounted to about $2.19 billion, which is 7.2 percent more than a year earlier.
