Azerbaijan's SOCAR Petroleum has entered the Top 10 largest taxpayers on the Ukrainian fuel market from January through September 2021, Trend reports citing Ukrainian media.
The study conducted by Ukrainian media shows that the largest taxpayer from January through September among the companies operating in the Ukrainian fuel market was Galnaftogaz JSC (part of the OKKO Group) with 334.87 million hryvnia ($12.23 million).
The top ten taxpayers also include Alliance Energo Trade with 153.44 million hryvnia ($5.60 million), Euro Smart Power with 142.24 million hryvnia ($ 5.19 million) and SOCAR Petroleum with 116.82 million hryvnia ($ 4.26 million).
However, customs payments, VAT and excise taxes paid when importing goods were not taken into account in this study.
