About 20,300 tons of hydrocarbon products will be on sale at the Iranian Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on January 4, Trend reports citing the IRENEX.
According to the report, Iranian Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company’s Methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE), heavy distillate, liquefied gas products; Abadan Oil Refining Company’s propylene; Bistoon Petrochemical Company’s solvent 502; Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company’s Raffinate, reformate and heavy hydrocarbons; Shimibaft Petrochemical Company’s MTBE will be on sale on the domestic floor.
“In addition, Raffinate 2 and MTBE products of the Iranian Shimibaft Petrochemical Company; Raffinate and reformate products of Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company; methanol of Fannavaran Petrochemical Company will be sold on the international floor,” the report said.
Certain products on IRENEX may become available for sale at a later stage, but they are not listed in the initial release.
According to the report, on Jan. 3, Iranian Sepahan Oil Company’s extracts; Esfahan Oil Refining Company’s iso recycle, solvent 400, solvent 502 products; Tabriz Petrochemical Company’s pentane, liquid nitrogen; Shazan Oil Refining Company’s CSO and normal hexane; Zagros Petrochemical Company’s methanol; Fannavaran Petrochemical Company’s methanol; Kaveh Methanol Company’s methanol; Khangiran Gas Refining Company’s gas condensate; Persian Gulf Fajr Energy Company’s liquid nitrogen products were sold on the domestic floor.
A total of 19,200 tons of goods worth more than 2.12 trillion rials (about $7.73 million according to the SANA system) were sold on Jan. 3.
