The Department of the Caspian Sea Oil Fleet of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) has declared an open tender on buying of spare parts for the repair of the Vessel of Kur.
The sending off of the equipment and the spare parts to the consignee is required to be carried out within not later than 3 months since the day the contract was signed. The cost of the equipment and the spare parts will be paid in parts within 1 year since the load is sent off.
Participants who would like to take part in the tender as pretenders should submit their application for the participation in the tender and other necessary documents to the Department of the Caspian Sea Oil Fleet not later than till September 28, 2006.
During the estimation of the proposals, the preference will be given according to the following criteria: the cost of spare parts, specific experience (in the field of supplying of vessel spare parts), and the term of sending off.
The tender proposals to be opened in the office of the Department of the Caspian Sea Oil Fleet of SOCAR at 11 a. m. On October 6, 2006.
