Investments in Kazakhstan's fixed capital increase

The volume of investments into fixed capital of Kazakhstan in the period of January-May 2019 amounted to 3.88 trillion tenge, which is 7.8 percent more than in the same period of last year, Trend reports referring to Committee of Statistics of Kazakhstan.

The main sources of investments are own assets of economic entities the volume of which equaled to 3.3 trillion tenge.

Furthermore, the increase of 35.5 percent is observed in investments aimed at other expenditures in the structure of investments into fixed capital.

The major percentage of investments into fixed capital in the reporting period accounts for mining and drilling industry (54.6 percent), real estate operations (12.7 percent) and for transport and warehousing (7.3 percent). The volume of investments of major ventures stood at 2.45 trillion tenge.
