Total assets of Azerbaijan’s AtaBank decrease

The volume of total assets of Azerbaijan’s AtaBank OJSC in the second quarter of this year decreased by 1.4 percent and amounted to 571.24 million manats, Trend reports with reference to financial report of the bank.

In the structure of assets for the second quarter of this year, cash amounted to 10.057 million manats, showing a decline of 28.5 percent. Balances on “nostro” accounts amounted to 1.957 million manats, increasing by 9 percent.

Securities, as well as in the previous quarter, amounted to 15 million manats. Loans issued to banks almost didn’t change and amounted to 8.427 million manats. Loans were issued in the amount of 414.86 million manats (decrease by 1.5 percent).

In the structure of liabilities, deposits amounted to 307.5 million manats, remaining almost unchanged. Balances on “loro” accounts didn’t change and amounted to 263,000 manats. Loans from banks and other financial institutions amounted to 2.791 million manats, having decerased twice. The volume of total liabilities decreased by 1.7 percent and amounted to 428.59 million manats.

Special capital amounted to 135.032 million manats, remaining almost unchanged. Capital reserves fell by 9 percent and amounted to 7.62 million manats. The total capital didn’t change and amounted to 142.648 million manats.
