In 2016, 63.1 percent accounted for the households with personal computers in Azerbaijan, which is 1.1 percent more than in 2015, according to a statistics survey for 2017 of the Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee.

In early 2017, 1,516,200 personal computers have been used in the country, which is 1.5 percent more than in early 2016.

According to the statistics survey, 55.2 percent of used computers accounted for desktop computers (837,300 pieces) and 44.8 percent (678,900 pieces) - portable devices (laptops and tablet computers).

In 2016, 15.5 personal computers accounted for every 100 people in the country, which is 0.6 percent more than in 2015.

In 2016, 70.8 percent accounted for the share of computer users out of the total population in the country, which is 1.28 percent more than in 2015.
