Iran Khodro Industrial Group, the largest Iranian automotive company, is ready to export cars with a dual-fuel filling system (gasoline + gas) to Turkmenistan, Trend reports citing Turkmenistan's Golden Age online newspaper on Nov. 3.
According to the newspaper, this issue was discussed at a meeting of Iran Khodro General Director Farshad Mogimi and head of the Turkmenistan Automobile Transport Agency (Turkmenavtoulaglary) Guvanchmyrat Akmammedov.
Mogimi said the production of commercial vehicles and cars allows the Iranian company to offer products to Turkmenistan with appropriate after-sales services.
He also announced readiness to export buses to the Turkmen market in the nearest future.
Iran Khodro is one of the first Iranian automotive companies which opened its representative office in Turkmenistan’s capital Ashgabat.
