(Kazinform) - Today Almaty has held the Kazakhstan youth oil and energy forum, initiated by Centre for Development of Youth Initiatives (ICDY) under the aegis of Kazakhstan association of oil, gas and energy complex organizations KazEnergy, reports Trend.
Those attending were the reps of KazMunaiGaz, KazTransOil, PetroKazakhstan, state structures, students of technical higher institutions.
The forum was purposed to unite youth within the frame of a joint discussion of urgent problems of oil and gas and energy sectors development, and their solutions. It let the youth to voice its position on issues of interest and consult experts and spokespersons of the companies.
According to associations head Yesetzhan Kosubayev, oil-gas and energy sectors, the most highly-developed economic branches of Kazakhstan, will play a key role in fulfillment of the task, set by the President for ranking among the 50 most competitive states of the world.
