The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan has adopted the draft law on imposition of excise tax on fuel supply to the Transit Center Manas at first reading, 24.kg reported. Such decision was made during the parliament session.
Parliament members approved the conclusion made by the parliamentary Committee on Budget and Finances. Earlier its head Akylbek Zhaparov stated that Zhogorku Kenesh won't be able to consider the national budget for 2011at second reading without this document as planned taxes on fuel supply to the Transit Center Manas will be transferred to the national budget to increase wages for teachers
