Presidents of Emomali Rahmon, of Tajikistan, Adbullah Gul, of Turkey and Mikheil Saakashvili, of Georgia will attend the inauguration ceremony of new Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev in Bishkek on Dec. 1, local sources reported.
Reportedly the EU Special representative for the region Pierre Morel, the CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Borduja, UN special representative Miroslav Encha, US Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Robert Blake and other top officials will also attend Atambayev's inauguration.
Acting Prime Minister Almazbek Atambayev was officially recognized the winner of Oct. 30 presidential elections, gaining 62 percent of the votes.
