Russian government has approved a draft law on the establishment of the Kyrgyz-Russian Development Fund with a capital of $1 billion, Kabar news agency reported on September 29.
The fund aims at the cooperation between the sides within the Eurasian economic integration.
In order to further develop economic cooperation between Russia and Kyrgyzstan within the framework of the Eurasian economic integration, the sides will collaborate in such spheres as agro-industrial complex, garments and textile industry, manufacturing, mining and metallurgical industry, transport, housing construction, trade, development of entrepreneurship and infrastructure, according to the document.
To achieve the stated objectives, the parties within five months from the date of signing of this agreement will develop and adopt the Program of Cooperation within the Eurasian economic integration between the government of Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
