On May 23, the President of Turkmenistan Gurbangulu Berdimuhamedov signed an order approving the composition of the Turkmen side of the Turkmen-Azerbaijani inter-governmental commission on economic cooperation.
The paper said that the commission is established "for the implementation of bilateral agreements between Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan, as well as further development of interstate cooperation."
