On behalf of the Commission for the Competitive Choice of Oil and Gas Complex Suppliers, the Turkmenologiya state corporation has announced an international tender to purchase four sets of circulation units and boring pumps with driving gear to upgrade "Uralmash" 3D-76 rigs.
Below are the requirements for tender applicants:
- Written requests for participation in the tender, indicating full name, legal status, country of registration and details
- Review the manual for the competitive selection of material and technical resource suppliers in the Turkmen oil and gas complex;
- Get technical specification;
- Get a package of tender documents by paying $230
The packages with tender bids will be received and considered only after the funds are transferred to the state corporation. The account for funds will be given after making a written application.
All the above mentioned documents and bids (in sealed, stamped and signed envelopes) must be submitted to Turkmengeology at: 56, Archabil shaely St., Ashgabat.
