(Turkmenistan.ru) - As the Ashgabat correspondent of Turkmenistan.ru reports referring to the press service of the Turkmen President, Saparmurat Niyazov looked at a number of staff issues and signed relevant documents, including on the appointment and dismissal of employees of the Office of Public Prosecutors.
According to a decree signed by the head of state, junior justice councilor Meretgeldy Begjanov is appointed prosecutor of Ahal province. In accordance with another presidential decree, the prosecutor of Bereket district of Balkan province, Amanmurad Halliyev, lawyer, 1st class, is appointed prosecutor of Mary province of Turkmenistan, reports Trend.
The President of Turkmenistan also signed a number of resolutions relieving prosecutors of some districts and towns of Mary, Ahal, Dashoguz and Balkan provinces of their posts due to the transfer to another job. They include Hemra Ovlyagulyyev, Agamamed Agamedov and Charyguly Durdyyev who occupied the posts of prosecutors of the towns of Turkmenbashi, Dashoguz and Bayramali respectively.
