( Reuters ) - Unknown gunmen have kidnapped an Iranian engineer in western Afghanistan, a police spokesman said on Wednesday.
He said two pickup trucks full of armed men snatched the man from the Ghoryan district of Herat province, close to the Iranian border, where he was working on a project to build a rail link from Iran.
