Some European countries were raising the issue of the Iranian visa stamp in their passports, and this issue has been resolved, Chairman of Iran's Travel Agents Guild Association Hormatollah Rafiei said in an interview with ILNA.
Some European countries were concerned that the Iranian visa stamp in their citizens’ passports would prevent their trade with the US, he said, noting that Iranian visas are no longer stamped in their passports.
Of course, this process had no positive effect on the increase in the number of foreign tourists visiting Iran, he added.
"That’s because such issues don’t have an immediate positive effect, several months have to pass," he said.
