Kazakh Defense Minister Adilbek Jaksibekov will visit Azerbaijan on Sept. 5-6, the Azerbaijani embassy in Astana reported.
Jaksibekov, who also leads the Kazakh Football Federation, will visit Baku to watch the football match for the Euro-2012 qualifying tournament between the Azerbaijani and Kazakh national team.
During the visit, Jaksibekov will meet Azerbaijan's Defense Minister Safar Abiyev.
The qualifying match for Euro-2012 between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan has been transferred from Lankaran to Baku due to weather conditions, The Times of Central Asia reported.
The football stadium in Lankaran became unusable due to the rapidly increasing temperature in time for the upcoming qualifying match of Euro-2012. The match was transferred to the stadium named after Tofig Bahramov in Baku.
