The public broadcaster will conduct exit poll during the parliamentary elections. German company GFK will conduct a survey at 220 polling stations across the country in the frame of exit poll by the order of the broadcaster. Some 25,000 respondents will be surveyed.

The data will be broadcasted four times on the day of the election - at 12:00, 17:00, 20:00 and 21:00. GFK is conducting exit poll with the public broadcaster for the second time. Difference between exit poll and official results was only 2 percent during the elections to the local self-government in 2010.

The cost of the conducting exit poll is $230 thousand.

"GFK is the leader of the international European research. We are working with the company for the second time. Cooperation with GFK is due to their highly accurate exit poll during the local government elections in 2010," General Director of Broadcasting Giorgi Chanturia said.
