An Egyptian military source on Friday refuted recent media reports that the incumbent government of Prime Minister Kamal El-Ganzouri planned to resign, Ahram Online reported.
The source added that the El-Ganzouri government, appointed by Egypt's ruling military council in November, would continue its work until the ruling council relinquished executive power to a civil authority following presidential polls slated for June.
