It is not feasible for Norway to take on the destruction of Syria's chemical weapons arsenal, Norwegian Foreign Minister Borge Brende said, dpa reported.
"The reasons were the timeframe, technical facilities and other legal limitations," Brende said.
"We have agreed with the United States, which presented the proposal, that Norway can contribute in other areas," Brende told a news conference.
