Ukraine, Kiev, 26 August/ Trend , corr Z. Novosvistski/ The Ukrainian President Viktor Yuschenko will make a special appeal in the session of Supreme Rada (parliament) on 2 September, spokesman for President Irina Vannikova said in a briefing on 26 August.
She said that at the order of the head of state, head of Secretariat of President Viktor Baloga has sent a latter to the chairman of Supreme Rada of Ukraine Arseni Yasenyuk about President's speech in the parliament on 2 September, the day of opening next session of parliament.
Baloga asked to include 30-minute speech of President to the agenda of the plenary meeting of parliament.
