BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 29. Iranian experts haven't established that external meddling caused the helicopter accident with President Ibrahim Raisi and his delegation from Khudafarin to Tabriz, the Iranian Supreme Leader's representative for the Razavi Khorasan Province Ahmad Alamolhoda said, Trend reports.
He said that several reasons for the helicopter crash have been investigated by experts.
Many hypotheses have been advanced, such as the possibility that it was the result of an accident or some other outside influence.
To note, on May 19, a helicopter carrying Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Tabriz Province Imam Ayatollah Ali Hashim, and East Azerbaijan Province Governor-General Malek Rahmati crashed while flying from Khudafarin to Tabriz.
As a result, the Iranian President and the entire accompanying delegation were confirmed dead.
