Ukrainian Foreign Minister doesn't Participate at the meeting of the Council of the CIS Foreign Ministers in Minsk

The Ukrainian Foreign Minister Boris Tarasyuk cancelled his visit to Belarus where he had to participate in the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the CIS member-countries.

The Press-Service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry states that the cancellation of the visit is linked with the changes in the working schedule of the Minister, Trend Special Correspondent in Kiev reports.

In stead of Tarasyuk, the Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Vladimir Ogrizko will participate in the meeting of the Council of the CIS Foreign Ministers.

In addition, Ogrizko will attend the meeting of the Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenka with the heads of the delegations of the Council of the CIS Foreign Ministers.

It is planned to sign 15 documents at the meeting of the Council of the CIS Foreign Ministers on October 16 in Minsk. It is intended that the documents, which have been worked out in the member-countries and agreed during the meeting of experts, will be signed without discussions.

The agenda of the meeting includes 20 issues. Particularly 5 documents will be presented to the discussions, including Ukraine initiated Statement for the CIS member-countries regarding activation of the co-operation in fight with illegal migration.
