Turkey will not extradite two Greek soldiers who illegally crossed the borders, Deputy Prime Minister Bekir Bozdag said, Turkish media reported March 5.
Bozdag said Greece did not demand the extradition of the soldiers who crossed the border of Turkey.
He noted that a criminal case has been opened against the soldiers.
On March 2, two Greek soldiers were detained in Turkey. The incident occurred near the Evros River on the border between Greece and Turkey.
