The information about the sale of Turkish Airlines is absolutely unjustified, Yahya Ustun, senior vice president of the company’s media relations, tweeted, Trend reports March 11.
He said that the issue of selling the company, as well as any company shares, isn’t being considered.
On March 10, there was information in the media that the Turkish Airlines is for sale.
The company was established in 1933.
In 2018, the biggest number of planes (309) in the civil aviation system of Turkey accounted for the Turkish Airlines.
