A political party led by Turkish former Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will be created in Turkey, Trend reports with reference to Turkish media.
Former Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan will also take part in the creation of the new party, according to the report.
It is expected that the party will be created within the next two months.
Ahmet Davutoglu resigned as prime minister on May 22, 2016.
A new party was last created in Turkey in November 2018. Fatih Erbakan, the son of Turkish former Prime Minister Necmettin Erbakan, became its founder. Thus, the number of political parties in Turkey reached 83.
