In November 2019, 1,092 Iranian trucks transported cargo to Turkey, which is 498 trucks more compared to November 2018, a source in Turkey’s International Freight Forwarders Association (UND) told Trend Dec. 28.
Some 686 Iranian trucks transported cargo through the Dilucu checkpoint, 385 Iranian trucks - through Gurbulak checkpoint, 20 Iranian trucks - through Esendere checkpoint and one Iranian truck – through Kapikule checkpoint in November 2019.
Most of the goods were transported through Kapikule, Pendik, Khabur, Yalova, Ipsala, Cesme, Hamzabeyli, Gurbulak, Dilucu and Sarp checkpoints in November 2019.
A total of 36,571 trucks transported cargo through the Turkish checkpoints in November 2019, which is 3,821 more than in November 2018.
