The trade turnover between Turkey and Azerbaijan increased by $90.4 million in March 2021, compared to March 2020, amounting to $258.3 million, the Ministry of Trade of Turkey told Trend.
"In March 2021, Turkey’s exports to Azerbaijan amounted to $188.6 million, and imports from this country - $69.6 million," the ministry said.
“From January through March 2021, the trade turnover between the two countries rose by $182.3 million compared to the same period of last year, surpassing $668.4 million,” the ministry said.
"During the specified period, Turkey’s exports to Azerbaijan amounted to $491.8 million, imports - $176.5 million," the ministry said.
In 2020, trade turnover between Turkey and Azerbaijan increased by $187.2 million compared to 2019, amounting to $2.22 billion.
At the same time, Turkey’s exports to Azerbaijan amounted to $1.85 billion, and imports - $366 million.
