The export of ready-made clothing from Turkey to Georgia increased by 23.2 percent, to $61.7 million, from January through August 2021, compared to the same period of 2020, Trend reports via Turkish Ministry of Trade.
The export of ready-made clothing from Turkey to Georgia decreased by 3.5 percent, to $5.4 million, in August 2021, compared to the same period of 2020.
Turkey in total increased exports of ready-made clothing by 24.7 percent from January through August 2021, compared to the same period of 2020 – up to $12.8 billion.
In August 2021, Turkey exported ready-made clothing worth $1.7 billion, which is 13.3 percent more than over the same period of 2020.
Over the last 12 months (August 2020 - August 2021), Turkish exports of ready-made clothing amounted to $19.6 billion.
