( Turkishpress ) - Turkey is an important partner for the formation of a European energy policy and both Turkey and European Union would benefit from close dialogue on the implementation of this policy, a final declaration of an Istanbul conference on European energy security.
The declaration called for immediate effort for diversification and further investments, adding that Turkey played a major role in diversifying energy supply routes.
