Syrian Air Force bombarded a Turkish aid convoy on May 9, according to the Turkish Milliyet newspaper.
The convoy was fired upon in the Syrian city of Aleppo, the newspaper wrote.
One person was killed and three people wounded in the air strike.
Humanitarian aid (flour) was sent to Syria through the Turkish the Foundation for Human Rights and Freedoms and Humanitarian Relief.
This fund regularly sends humanitarian aid to Syria.
Turkey has sent to Syria over 2,000 convoys with humanitarian aid through the fund during the past three years. More than 80 percent of humanitarian supplies were delivered to the civilian population; the remainder could not be delivered because of hostilities in the country.
During the conflict in Syria, which began in March 2011, killing more than 150,000 people, more than 4.2 million people have become refugees in the Syrian territory of 2.3 million people have fled to neighboring countries. The main burden in receiving the refugees fell on Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey. Syria's total population before the conflict was 20 million people.
